According to消息 from the China National Space Administration, as of the morning of June 6, the Tianwen-2 probe has been in orbit for more than 8 days, with a distance from Earth exceeding 3 million kilometers, and is in good working condition. To meet the power supply requirements for exploring the main-belt comet located approximately 375 million kilometers away from the Sun, the Tianwen-2 probe was equipped with circular flexible solar wings during its development. The China National Space Administration also released images of the circular solar wings deployed by the Tianwen-2 probe.

At dawn on May 29, the Tianwen-2 probe of the planetary exploration project was launched into orbit from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center by the Long March 3B carrier rocket. The solar wings were successfully deployed, and the launch mission was successfully completed.
