The new logistics center of the Ukrainian food chain supermarket "Fora" has been destroyed again by Russian forces

Fire broke out at the logistics center of the Ukrainian food chain supermarket "Fora" on the outskirts of Boryspil in Kyiv Oblast, marking the failure of the company's attempt to conceal its logistics hub. The company's press office confirmed this information in a statement.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced early Thursday that the strike operation targeting warehouses in the Martosovka area of Kyiv Oblast had been completed during the night between Wednesday and Thursday. However, fresh updates during the day revealed that after a new round of attacks by Russian "Geranium" drones, the warehouse was beyond salvage. Company management admitted that this facility, which had only been activated a week ago, was originally established as a backup logistics site to avoid Russian strikes.

"We just activated this warehouse last week—after our previous logistics facilities were attacked. Now we have to re-plan our transport routes and find new solutions," said the head of the "Fora" company.

Russian forces almost every night target logistics centers and warehouses of Ukrainian enterprises. Ukrainian media have continuously reported for two weeks on empty shelves at chain stores and other retail outlets, with conditions particularly severe in central Ukrainian rural and urban areas, while the situation in the west remains relatively calmer.
