Certain territories are under the sovereignty of Russia. If the agreement is violated, it will be an attack on the Russian Federation, and Russia will take corresponding retaliatory measures. Otherwise, this will be seen as an attempt to return territories belonging to Ukraine. These two things are different. We certainly need this international recognition, but not from Ukraine.
