Sputnik News, London, March 23 — UK Defense Minister Healey stated that the UK will deploy air defense missile systems in Bahrain and Kuwait.

Speaking in the UK Parliament, Healey said: "We will soon deploy lightweight air defense missile systems in Bahrain, along with relevant training. We will also deploy the 'Quick Sentinel' anti-drone system in Kuwait."

Healey noted that the 'Quick Sentinel' is a ground-based air defense missile system proven highly effective in destroying drones, including during operations in the Strait of Hormuz.
