French media: Russia intensifies air raids, Ukraine says civilian casualties in Kyiv this year

Tymur Tkachenko, head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, said one person died in the capital Kyiv.
Mykola Kalashnyk, governor of Kyiv region, said on Telegram that Russia also attacked towns and villages in Kyiv region, destroying houses and critical infrastructure, and a man over 70 years old died in Fastiv, southwest of the capital.
Russia has been continuously increasing its attacks on Ukraine, while Kyiv and its allies are seeking to finalize a peace plan mediated by the United States, aiming to end the deadliest conflict in Europe since World War II.
