Zhao Ning stated that China has always believed that dialogue and negotiations are the only viable way to resolve the Ukraine crisis, and we support all efforts conducive to peace. Since the outbreak of the crisis, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council and a responsible major country, China has maintained communication with relevant parties, including Russia and Ukraine, and played a constructive role in promoting the political solution of the crisis.
