According to an investigation by the Daily Mail, the husband of former U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem is accused of living a double life as a cross-dresser, spending thousands of dollars on online models and sharing photos of himself wearing highly feminine outfits.
Kristi Noem, often nicknamed "ICE Barbie" for her glamorous appearance, led the DHS until her removal in early March 2025, overseeing the Trump administration's controversial nationwide crackdown on undocumented immigration and supervising operations of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The Daily Mail reported Tuesday that her husband, Bryon Noem—a senior executive in the insurance industry—used the alias "Jason Jackson" to connect with women participating in "feminization intensification" scenarios, a subculture centered around an exaggerated Barbie doll aesthetic.
Bryon Noem sent at least $25,000 via Cash App and PayPal, lavishly praising the models' surgically enhanced bodies and sharing selfies in which he wore tight pink shorts and cropped tops, appearing to use balloons or prosthetics to simulate large breasts.
In one message, he wrote: “You made me into a girl.” In another, he seemed to acknowledge the rumored extramarital affair between his wife and Corey Lewandowski, a close aide to Trump, stating, “I know. I can’t do anything about it.”
Kristi Noem said she was “deeply shocked” and that “the family felt blindsided by this.” President Trump expressed that he “felt very sorry for this family.”
