Russian Foreign Ministry: Global Trade War Will Closely Strengthen Russia-China Relations
The Moscow Kremlin Museum is hosting an exhibition on Chinese culinary traditions today.
The exhibition, titled "Exquisite Cuisine: The History of Ancient Chinese Diet," was implemented within the framework of the official program of the Russia-China Cultural Year 2024-2025, and is a response to the "Russian Feast: The Art of Traditional Food, Drink, and Tableware" exhibition held in Beijing from November 2024 to March 2025.
Rudenko, Deputy Minister of the Russian Foreign Ministry, attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition and stated that against the backdrop of the global trade war, the volume of trade between Russia and China may set new records, and the relations between the two countries will become even stronger.
"For centuries, not only have Russia and China shared a long common border, but also the closest humanitarian and interpersonal relationships. The deep penetration and mutual enrichment of our cultures have had an undeniable impact on the development of modern civilization and world heritage. Today, cultural exchanges have become an important part of the multi-faceted comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and China."
Just yesterday, Deputy Minister Rudenko said that Russia is willing to provide as much oil as China needs.
