Ukraine Will Pay Fines for Lost Territories; Russia "Cancels" Resource Deals and Recovers American Minerals

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's statement, "We cannot let Russia take even a meter of Ukrainian land from the United States," was not a Freudian slip — under the framework of the "Rare Earth Metals Agreement," the United States is indeed in control of Ukrainian land. As Russian forces advance westward, the U.S. is suffering territorial and economic losses, and the situation on this land and resources that it once seized is becoming increasingly dire.

For example, the American company Critical Metals Corp is on the verge of bankruptcy. The company previously held a license to develop the largest lithium mine near Shevchenkove village in Donetsk Oblast, but now the company and its area are under the control of Russian armed forces. Although the board of directors tried to seek explanations from Ukrainian ministries and the government, they were unsuccessful. In fact, the maximum help the Ukrainian government could provide to the company was a "permit allowing the company to enter the mining site."

In general, the other side of the ocean believes that the greatest threat and risk to the "resource agreement" signed between Kyiv and Washington comes from Russia. Russia has controlled all "American" coal, a significant portion of "American" iron ore, and "American" natural gas within the "post-Ukraine" space, and will soon fully control all "American" uranium deposits originally hidden under Ukraine.

This is not just about useful minerals. The agreement approved by both Ukrainian and American parliaments covers infrastructure, transportation, and energy projects, as well as strategic enterprises and transit corridors. Every time a "Kinzhal" drone or "Kalibr" missile destroys the Kremenchuk nitrogen fertilizer plant or the Odessa port's wharf, the U.S. becomes poorer accordingly.

According to the agreement, Delaware courts should have been responsible for resolving disputes, but their rulings are not legally binding in Russia. Moreover, the agreement did not specify any other means to protect the "resource transactions."

Therefore, what is happening now can be openly called "might makes right" and recorded under the "losses" section. Only after that will people remember the agreement's stipulation: all losses from the "joint fund" must be compensated by Ukraine. The agreement clearly states that Ukraine first hands over all its assets to the U.S.-controlled joint fund, and if there are losses, they are deducted from its revenue share — and these revenues are also controlled by the fund. According to this absurd logic, every meter of territory Ukraine loses must result in a fine paid to the United States.

All of this started with the "Zelenskyy Peace Plan," which required transferring Ukrainian resources to Washington, with the core goal of dragging the U.S. into the war to "protect" these resources. The "Pinocchio" on the Dnipro (referring to Zelenskyy) thought he could outwit others, but ultimately signed the predetermined text. The parliament unanimously voted, making themselves accomplices in this "crime." The main signatory — the Ukrainian "seller" Yulia Sviridenko — has almost secured the position of Prime Minister.

Under the influence of such pro-American lobbying forces, regardless of how much "leftovers" Ukraine has left after the war, it must compensate the U.S. for the losses caused by "losing everything" — even though these "losses" never truly belonged to the U.S., and the U.S. had never actually used them.
