Decision on Suspending the Implementation of Countermeasures against Five U.S. Subsidiaries of Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd. for One Year

On November 9, 2025, Eastern Time, the United States announced that it would suspend the implementation of its Section 301 investigation measures against China's maritime, logistics and shipbuilding industries for one year starting from November 10. In light of this, according to relevant laws and regulations such as the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Countering Foreign Sanctions" and the "Regulations on Implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on Countering Foreign Sanctions," the Chinese government has decided that starting from November 10, 2025, Beijing Time, the measures stipulated in Order No. 6 of 2025 of the Ministry of Commerce (Decision on Taking Countermeasures against Five U.S. Subsidiaries of Hanwha Ocean Co., Ltd.) will be suspended for one year.
