Media: Pakistan Says Indian Attack Killed 2 and Injured 12
According to reports by GEO TV, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director of Public Relations for the Pakistani Armed Forces, said that at least two people were killed and 12 others injured in the Indian attack.
The Ministry of Defense of India previously released a statement saying that as a response to the Pulchowk terrorist attack, strikes were carried out against terrorist infrastructure within Pakistan. The Ministry of Defense noted that no Pakistani military targets were struck during this operation.
The TV station reported: "Director of Public Relations for the Pakistani Armed Forces announced that reports indicate at least two civilians were killed in Kotli...and at least 12 citizens were injured in Ahmadpur."
He also mentioned, "India attacked two mosques."
