Previously, we responded with countermeasures matching the U.S. pressure tactics. But now it appears the U.S. is completely ignoring our response. The U.S. undoubtedly believes it holds strong cards, allowing it to continue escalating its suppression and hindering our industrial development. However, from our standpoint, we absolutely reject any attempt by the U.S. to undermine our industrial advantages through administrative measures. The U.S.’s persistent creation of friction and erosion of mutual trust is an ill-intentioned act, and we have every reason to respond in kind. We certainly must stand our ground and make the U.S. pay the price for its arrogance and attempts to contain us.
