Ayumi Fukushima Announces the Birth of Her Child
On April 19, Japan's Sports Hochi reported that 37-year-old Ayumi Fukushima announced on social media the joyful news of her child's birth on April 17.

Fukushima married Hiroki Kajita, a table tennis player from Taipei who competed in the Rio Olympics, in September 2016. The couple has one son and one daughter.
After their divorce, they had disputes over custody of their son, but eventually agreed to joint custody.
Last December, Fukushima publicly announced she had remarried and was pregnant.
