With the end of the year's peak season, global cross-border logistics has entered a transportation peak period. In the eHub smart air freight center in Hong Kong operated by Cainiao, goods such as holiday items, 3C electronics, and fashion toys are being sent to international markets after packaging.

Data shows that during this year's Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, the number of orders handled by Cainiao in multiple overseas core markets, including Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, showed significant growth compared to the daily average, with a month-on-month increase reaching three digits.

Specifically, in the European market, thanks to services such as "Global Five-Day Delivery," the number of orders shipped through 11 cross-border express lines increased. Among them, logistics for the UK maintained delivery within five natural days, leading in local timeliness; the order volume for the Netherlands and Sweden showed more significant growth, leading among the 11 express lines in Europe.

Looking at product categories, different regional markets show differentiated characteristics. The Southeast Asian region mainly focuses on buying blind box fashion toys, 3C electronic accessories, and luggage; the African market has high demand for domestic gaming hardware and household items; and the European market, influenced by the Christmas season, sees smart home appliances, holiday decorations, and daily necessities as major bestsellers.

It is reported that while maintaining the stability of service area timeliness, Cainiao launched new cross-border small package dedicated lines covering eight African countries during Black Friday, and plans to expand to South Africa and Egypt by the end of December, further covering markets with higher e-commerce penetration rates in Africa.

A cross-border seller mainly operating in the European and American markets said that the order volume during this year's promotion was significantly higher than the same period last year, and the logistics timeliness remained stable overall, providing certain support for user experience and merchant operations.

Cainiao stated that during this year's logistics peak period, Cainiao provided various logistics services, including "Global Five-Day Delivery," "G2G Core Area Three-Day Delivery," "Overseas Warehouse Next-Day Delivery," and "minute-level delivery for domestic pre-sales during Double 11," through its global supply chain network and logistics technology investment, to ensure that consumer experience during the year-end big sales season is not affected.
