Yemen's Houthi rebels have sunk another cargo ship that attempted to break through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait to reach Um Rassas port in Israel. Video released by the Houthi rebels shows they fired several "Hormuz-2" anti-ship ballistic missiles (Iranian "Fateh-110" ballistic missiles, also known as "Persian Gulf" anti-ship ballistic missiles), which hit the cargo ship consecutively. At the same time, several suicide boats approached the ship and punched large holes in its waterline, eventually causing the cargo ship to sink due to excessive water intake and loss of buoyancy. The Houthi rebels' drones monitored the entire attack process and captured clear video.

This cargo ship is owned by a Greek shipping company named "Eternal-S" and is also flying the flag of Liberia. This time, the crew on board was not so lucky; four crew members were killed instantly by Houthi missiles, 15 went missing, and six were rescued after falling into the water. Some media believe that the missing crew members may have been captured by the Houthi rebels. It is currently unclear why these cargo ships would risk breaking through the Bab el-Mandeb Strait to go to Israel, possibly because they were carrying urgently needed supplies for Israel.
