Despite the good intentions of the Islamic Emirate (Afghanistan) and the efforts of the mediators, the unresponsible behavior and lack of cooperation of the Pakistani delegation led to the talks between the Islamic Emirate and Pakistan being fruitless.
Afghan representatives participated in the meeting held in Istanbul on November 6th and 7th, following the instructions of the leadership, with good intentions and sincerity. It is expected that this time, after consulting with their leaders, the Pakistani side will show a sense of responsibility and a constructive approach, fundamentally solving the issues, and negotiating with realistic and feasible demands.
However, during the negotiations, the Pakistani side tried to shift all its security responsibilities onto the Afghan government, without showing any willingness to take responsibility for the security of Afghanistan or even itself.
