Foreign media: The U.S. Department of Commerce has authorized exports of advanced U.S. semiconductor chips to two companies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, equivalent to up to 35,000 NVIDIA Blackwell chips, with a total value of about $1 billion.
These two companies are G42, a state-owned AI company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Humain, an AI enterprise supported by the Saudi government, both of which have plans for large-scale data center projects.
