Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov: Foreign capital investing in Ukrainian arms factories is not exempt

Lavrov said he believes it is unfair for foreign capital that invests in Ukrainian companies producing weapons that kill Russians to be exempt.

Lavrov said in an interview with NBC in the United States, "If you really think that the capital of the United States, Hungary or anyone else investing in a company that produces weapons to kill Russians can grant immunity to those who produce weapons to kill us, I don't think so, and I don't think this is fair. I would call this an imperialist approach."

This comment was made by Lavrov in response to questions about American companies and electronic factories near the Hungarian border being attacked.
