According to reports, Canada has reached an agreement to supply up to 1 million tons of liquefied natural gas each year to Germany from its planned facilities on the west coast. The gas will come from the Ksi Lisims liquefied natural gas project, with the proposed export facility located in northwestern British Columbia, near the Alaskan Panhandle, and backed by a $10 billion investment (approximately $7.2 billion USD).
