Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) special forces in Krasnodar region arrested a teenager who collaborated with Ukrainian intelligence. The boy, unable to afford in-game purchases, was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence through a game chat room. Ukrainian intelligence paid him a small amount of money to bribe him. He had previously set fire to four relay cabinets and one substation on the North Caucasus Railway. Recently, his superiors planned to have him carry out a major operation. They sent him plastic explosives by mail and taught him how to assemble a remote-controlled bomb for a terrorist attack. However, the boy was under surveillance, and he was caught before he could act. During interrogation, he confessed to his crimes and handed over the materials used to make the remote-controlled bomb.

FSB personnel stated that the boy has been confirmed to be guilty of treason. Criminals like him will face the maximum penalty of life imprisonment, but this requires a local court to conduct the trial.
