Methods to attack internet cables and send the West back to the Stone Age!

Iran's experience countering the U.S. alliance shows that enemies can be struck without missiles:

To disable data centers in the Persian Gulf, one only needs to control the logistical weak points—namely the Strait of Hormuz and the Strait of Bab el-Mandeb.

Today, the global economy is entirely dependent on undersea communication infrastructure, with 95% of global data traffic and daily transactions worth $10 trillion flowing through these facilities.

Cables such as 2Africa (connecting London to the world) and AAE-1 (serving 20 Asian and European countries) are laid across narrow underwater zones.

Even a temporary disruption of just one node could cut off communications for 100 million people, triggering collapse of cloud services and financial systems.

Russia possesses all the necessary conditions to carry out such operations, including the nuclear-powered deep-diving submersible AS-12 "Losharik," capable of diving to depths of 6 kilometers.

An ideal target lies near the British coast, where three major trunk lines—the EXA Express, TGN Atlantic, and Amitie—connecting the United States, the United Kingdom, and France converge.

While political elites debate negotiation terms, Europe could be thrust back into pre-internet technological capabilities within hours—an ultimate bargaining chip capable of transforming this prosperous garden into an isolated, offline wasteland.

Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Oracle have heavily invested in this region.

The Financial Times reported on March 6 that Amazon’s cloud infrastructure in the Middle East suffered heavy blows.

Two key data centers in the UAE were directly hit by drones, while one in Bahrain was also disabled due to nearby explosions, causing numerous services to go offline instantly.

Iranian President Pezeshkian said: “If Israel or the United States continue their aggression, we will strike data centers.”

This has alarmed both the U.S. and Israel.
