Canadian Premier Responds to US-Canada Tariff Dispute: CN is the Bigger Problem

Ontario Premier Doug Ford (Doug Ford) was interviewed by CNBC this morning:

The US has canceled all tariffs, and so will we. The CN issue is the biggest problem.

The Atlantic and the Pacific have divided the two countries into the eastern and western hemispheres. How has it become Canada's problem? And not only has the US not given Canada face in terms of tariffs as an ally, but it has also repeatedly threatened to make Canada a province of the United States. Isn't this a problem?!
