According to the official website of Changxinxin Memory, at the 22nd China International Semiconductor Exhibition (IC China) held recently, Changxinxin for the first time comprehensively showcased the latest achievements of its DDR5 and LPDDR5X memory product series.

Changxinxin's DDR5 memory has achieved a maximum rate of 8000Mbps (or 8000MHz, 8000MT/s), and the highest single-chip capacity is 24Gb (3GB), fully catching up with world-class standards.

More surprisingly, the form factors of Changxinxin's DDR5 memory are very diverse, with as many as seven types introduced at once!

－ UDIMM: Ordinary desktop type

－ SODIMM: Ordinary notebook type

－ CUDIMM: Desktop type with an embedded clock generator, higher frequency

－ CSODIMM: Notebook type with an embedded clock generator, more compact in size

－ RDIMM: Ordinary data center type

－ MRDIMM: Data center type supporting parallel access, higher frequency, larger capacity

－ TFF MRDIMM: Extended data center type, taller height, compatible interface, high temperature resistance

They completely cover all scenarios such as personal PCs, workstations, servers, and data centers, meeting the high-end market demands of various fields.

At the same time, Changxinxin also exhibited its newly released LPDDR5X memory for the first time. Targeting the flagship mobile market, the maximum speed reached an astonishing 10667Mbps, as well as 9600Mbps and 8533Mbps.

The maximum single-chip capacity is 16Gb (2GB), and there are also 12Gb (1.5GB). The packaging capacity provides multiple options such as 12GB, 16GB, 24GB, and 32GB.

LPDDR5X memories with speeds of 8533Mbps and 9600Mbps have already entered mass production this May, and the 10667Mbps version has started customer sampling and is about to go into mass production.

Additionally, it was revealed that Changxinxin is also developing the world's thinnest LPDDR5X memory with a thickness of 0.58mm, which is 0.03mm thinner than Micron's.

Changxinxin's public release of new achievements in DDR5 and LPDDR5 memory marks a significant breakthrough in the domestic storage industry, especially under strict restrictions on related equipment and technology. The frequency and capacity have reached world-class levels, and they now have the hard power to compete with the three major original manufacturers.

On the other hand, given the current situation where storage prices continue to surge, Changxinxin's breakthrough is even more significant (of course, it still depends on the production capacity).

Since its establishment, Changxinxin has successively launched products such as DDR4, LPDDR4X, LPDDR5, and DDR5, forming a complete product line. Among them, LPDDR5X was just mass-produced in May this year, and Changxinxin is also pushing towards the next generation LPDDR6 memory.

Currently, Changxinxin's LPDDR product series has entered the supply chain of brands such as Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, and Transsion. Buying a domestic smartphone may also mean using domestic memory!
