Analysts at the Institute for the Study of War believe the Kremlin may leverage the Union State Treaty to further draw Belarus into the conflict and mobilize the country's human resources in the future.

Meanwhile, the Belarusian Ministry of Defense reported that mobilization exercises are continuously underway in Grodno Region, with nearly 2,000 conscripts summoned to verify information and attend training sessions.
