Canadian Prime Minister: Canada Allocates 1 Billion CAD to Supply Weapons to Ukraine, Which Will Arrive in September
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau stated that Canada will allocate over 1 billion CAD (approximately 720 million USD) to supply weapons to Kyiv, which will arrive in Ukraine in September.
In June, Trudeau announced at the G7 Summit that Canada would provide a new military aid package of over 2 billion CAD to Ukraine, including drones, ammunition, and other types of weapons.
During the Ukrainian Independence Day celebration held in Kyiv, Trudeau said, "Over 1 billion CAD will be used to strengthen Ukraine's arsenal - this will be achieved by providing drones, ammunition, and armored vehicles, which will arrive next month."
