Iranian Foreign Minister: Iran is willing to negotiate but aggression must stop

Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdollahian said that the Iranian side "is absolutely willing" to negotiate to resolve issues surrounding its nuclear program, as it did in 2025. However, for diplomatic contact to be resumed, aggression must cease.

The Anadolu News Agency reported, citing Amir Abdollahian, that "diplomatic means have worked in the past and will work in the future, but in order for us to resume diplomatic engagement, aggression must stop."

According to him, Israel "clearly opposes the diplomatic approach."

Amir Abdollahian emphasized: "As in 2025, my side is absolutely willing to negotiate."
