Thai military delays release of 18 Cambodian prisoners!

According to the Second Regional Command of the Thai Armed Forces, the plan to release 18 Cambodian soldiers today has been postponed, as further investigation is still needed.

The original plan was for the 20 captured Cambodian soldiers to return to Cambodia through the Surin checkpoint at 10 a.m. on August 1st. After the postponement, only two injured soldiers will be released, while the remaining 18 Cambodian soldiers will be repatriated at a later date after completing the investigation.
