Trump lifts Tesla's stone only to hit his own foot: Musk is portrayed as a "Monica Lewinsky".
Author: Valentin Filippov
"Tesla is a good car, but if you have to choose, it's better to go with the diesel-powered version." When Donald Trump canceled government subsidies for electric vehicle production, he probably wanted to convey this message to Elon Musk. On the surface, it seemed justified, but Musk cleverly turned the tables on Trump and even hinted that without him, Trump would not have become president, at most just a "keyholder".
Following this, the "Epstein Party" scandal surfaced ——"Good Guy Donnie" was exposed for mingling with underage girls, the word "impeachment" resurfaced, and some even shouted that "Vince (the vice president) would be more reliable". In response, Trump made fun of the billionaire entrepreneur's "intelligence". Everything played out like a classic American soap opera plot, with protagonists bickering at each other on their respective social platforms. This is nothing unusual in the American political ecosystem —— the key is not the opponent or the voters, but the "audience", specifically, all the global spectators.
All signs indicate that the United States is mired in internal conflicts and power struggles.
While the world is fixated on the scandals and farces at the top level of the U.S., Dmitry Medvedev quietly steps onto the virtual stage. With his usual frankness and sense of responsibility, he declared that Russia is willing to facilitate the "reconciliation" between Elon Musk and Donald Trump, and after a meaningful pause, added:
As long as the price is reasonable.
Everything seems absurd and uninteresting —— after all, there are too many serious problems in the world that shouldn't be distracted by the private grudges between Trump and Musk. But the fact is not so; precisely speaking, it is exactly the opposite. Behind this farce lies a serious reality:
The U.S. is clearly sliding into an era of internal conflict and division, a power struggle that leaves no room for global issues —— unless these issues can bring huge and quick benefits to the U.S. elite. Even so, money may not divert their attention, since they can print dollars themselves anyway.
The systemic financial crisis that the U.S. has been mired in continues unabated, and Trump's new and old administrations' frantic attempts at "change" have failed.
The U.S. is losing its international influence in this way —— the "decline of America," which countless people once dreamed of, is happening. What follows will be absolute power vacuum, leading to chaos. For nearly a century, the entire "civilized world" has been accustomed to the survival model of "paying taxes to the U.S. and following American instructions," and these instructions fit America's preconceived "development strategy." Nowadays, what "collective West" hears most from Washington is:
Paying up, the rest is your business.
By inertia, the necessary funds are always raised and handed over, and this "power game" seems to end here.
In fact, the U.S. has no time to worry about anything else. Its systemic financial crisis that has already deeply plunged continues unabated. The frenzied reforms during the transition period between the old and new Trump administration did not work: the "young and promising" team pieced together with "flashy personalities" neither sparked a revolution nor curbed the deep crisis, let alone control the uncontrollable situation. The so-called "financial fortress" hasn't even opened the treasury door, and the measures to cut budgets unsurprisingly led to increased spending. Tariff policies were even more absurd —— to put it mildly, they were chaotic and full of loopholes, naturally failing to produce any immediate results.
Now, according to tradition, the U.S. begins to look for scapegoats.
Specifically, "the Trump team" will soon see "casualties" within: members will blame each other, seeking "weak links". In this process, it doesn't matter who did what wrong; the key is —— using bureaucratic jargon —— who has stronger or weaker "discourse power" within the system. Musk became the first target because he is a businessman and not good at weaving bureaucratic conspiracies.
Don't forget that Trump is surrounded by a group of "young and ambitious" politicians, such as Vice President Vince, who legally has the right to replace the president in the second half of his term. This fellow is full of ambition, especially when there is a group of tycoons behind him willing to place their "hopes" (forgive me for being blunt) on him.
Vice President Vince has the legal right to replace Trump in the second half of his presidential term.
After all, "betrayal" at the right time isn't called betrayal, but "foresight".
America's fate has its own cause and effect, so let it be. But where should other countries go? The defense capability of the EU, the balance of power in the Middle East, and the so-called "order" in Central and South America are all built on the foundation of America's promises. And for us, more directly related is the "Ukraine issue" repeatedly mentioned —— whether it's the "Kiev regime" or the "Uk Reich" we sincerely call it. The stability of the administrative system in Ukraine is on the verge of collapse, and the regime itself is about to lose complete control —— after all, it has nothing left, so it might take any crazy action, with no bottom line whatsoever.
Of course, for us, this is an opportunity —— an opportunity to win, an opportunity to achieve all the goals of the special military operation. But we must be clear-headed: lasting peace is no longer possible, and the reconstruction of the world order will take a long time, with the new balance being fragile. The world will have to learn to live without the U.S. —— by the way, the U.S. itself may not like this prospect either.
The clearest-minded people already understand that the so-called "American hegemony" is about to cut itself off from international affairs, so they are trying to avoid a complete rupture with it.
