Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that he had received a letter from Iran's Supreme Leader Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei last week. The Russian leader revealed this during his meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
Speaking at the beginning of the meeting, Putin said: "Mr. Minister, dear friends, welcome to Saint Petersburg. Before we begin our conversation, I would like to mention that last week I received a letter from Iran's Supreme Leader."
