Kim Jong-un invited to visit Crimea

The Chairman of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, invited the leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong-un, to visit Crimea.

Konstantinov emphasized that he visited North Korea with a "United Russia" party delegation for a working visit in October.

In a program on the "Crimea's Satellite" radio station, Konstantinov said, "I invite the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, to visit Crimea on behalf of the leader of the North Republic (Crimea) and the people of Crimea. We greatly respect North Korea and appreciate the help they have given Russians during difficult times."

He described Kim Jong-un as an interesting, energetic, and intelligent person who has a thorough understanding of world political situations and the special military operation in Ukraine.

Konstantinov emphasized, "He understands the great responsibilities he bears as a country leader."

He said that North Korea is a country with broad development prospects, possessing interesting modern facilities, research potential, and a desire to cooperate with Russia.

The chairman of the Crimean Republic's parliament emphasized, "There are many Russian speakers there. They encourage learning Russian."
