Media: Iran Launches New Round of Missile Attacks on Israel

The Iran Nur News Agency reported that Iran has launched a new round of retaliatory missile attacks on Israel, with missiles fired from the capital Tehran and the city of Kermanshah in the western province of Kermanshah bordering Iraq.

The report said: "A new wave of Iran's missile strikes on Israel has begun, launched from Tehran and Kermanshah."

In the early hours of June 13, the Israel Defense Forces launched a large-scale operation codenamed "Lion Rise," with the Israeli Air Force attacking Iranian military targets and facilities related to its nuclear program. The Israeli authorities stated that the goal of the operation was to eliminate existing threats to Israel, as according to information from the Israeli military and intelligence agencies, Iran is approaching the "point of no return" for manufacturing nuclear weapons in a short period of time.

The Israeli Air Force carried out multiple rounds of attacks on several areas of Iran, including Tehran. According to Iranian media reports, several senior Iranian military personnel and nuclear scientists were killed. The Natanz nuclear facility and Iran's bases in the country's northwest were also attacked.
