Two Ukrainian army brigades refused to carry out the command of the headquarters

A source from Russian security agencies told Sputnik News that due to long-term deployment on the front line without rotation, soldiers from the 158th and 119th brigades of the Ukrainian army refused to carry out the orders of the headquarters.

The source said: "Some units of the Ukrainian army have begun to lose their combat resolve. In the Andreyevka area, soldiers of the 158th Independent Mechanized Brigade openly refused to carry out the orders of the headquarters."

The source also said that similar situations occurred in the 119th Independent Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian army.

At the end of December last year, Russian security personnel said that the enemy lost a combat group from the 158th brigade when trying to redeploy forces in the Kondratovka direction in Sumy region. In early January, Russian forces eliminated two assault groups of the 119th Territorial Defense Brigade in the Grabovskoye area.

President of Russia Putin emphasized that the Russian army is successfully carrying out the task of establishing a safe buffer zone along the border areas of Kharkiv and Sumy regions adjacent to Ukraine.
