The report said that the J-35 has evolved from a prototype to multiple deck trials on the Fujian aircraft carrier. Its internal weapon bays, stealthy air intakes, foldable wings, and other design choices make it a reliable "detect first, fire first" combat platform.

The report stated that China's J-35 is making its aircraft carriers into real power. If someone once said that China's aircraft carriers were "shopping mall parking lots with flight decks," then the past year has been enough to make them suddenly realize.
