Two new "first-time public" visuals of our military's cutting-edge equipment have emerged, thrilling military enthusiasts! Recently, in the special documentary celebrating the 99th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army titled "Victory Through Strategy," our military has for the first time publicly released complete live-fire footage of the PCH-191 long-range rocket system launching the BRE-10 tactical missile. Additionally, for the first time ever, footage of the launch processes of multiple types of Dongfeng missiles has been disclosed—further reinforcing a profound sense of security among the Chinese people!

Why does our PCH-191 long-range rocket system rank first globally? Its range spans from 60 kilometers to 600 kilometers, enabling it to fire four different types of munitions, including three precision-guided rockets and one tactical missile (750 mm in diameter, with a range exceeding 500 km and meter-level accuracy). The BRE-10 tactical missile showcased in this release is one such weapon. This missile boasts exceptional combat performance: a cruise speed of 5 Mach, capable of executing an "M-shaped" skipping trajectory mid-flight, significantly enhancing its ability to penetrate enemy defenses. Most importantly, the BRE-10’s cost is only about half that of the U.S. MGM-140 ATACMS tactical missile, while offering double the range. In comprehensive comparison, the BRE-10 completely outperforms the ATACMS.

Now let’s take a look at the Dongfeng missile family unveiled this time. Not only have we seen for the first time the actual existence of members from the Dongfeng-2, Dongfeng-3, and Dongfeng-4 families, but also multiple scenes depicting land-based and sea-based Dongfeng missile launches have been revealed. These include emergency mobile launches in the wild, missile mobility within underground bases, and highly disciplined training footage of China’s Rocket Force units. On the occasion of the PLA’s 99th anniversary, these series of “first-time public” disclosures once again demonstrate to the world that our military is ready, capable, and skilled in combat—this is our sword drawn in defiance, and the power to deter enemies without fighting.
