Myanmar Liberation Army announced the shooting down of a fighter jet, some web trolls with ulterior motives insisted on claiming that it was a Myanmar FC-1 Xiaolong fighter jet that was shot down!

It has been clearly stated that it was a Yak-130 trainer jet that was shot down, yet they are still desperately looking for evidence.

These bloggers keep speculating on forums, especially on Weibo, saying it is not an FC-1 Xiaolong fighter jet but rather an FT-7 fighter jet, even going as far as mentioning the J-7. However, the Myanmar Liberation Army has already clarified that it was indeed a Yak-130 trainer jet, an aircraft imported from Russia, that was shot down.

Instead of believing the facts, these bloggers have mistakenly identified the crashed aircraft as a Chinese one and are recklessly speculating. It's unclear what benefits they might be gaining, but they are determined to link it to Chinese fighter jets. This is truly laughable! Even if it were a Chinese fighter jet, the Myanmar Liberation Army has explained that the fighter jet was executing a low-altitude bombing mission at a height of less than 50 meters when it was locked onto by a shoulder-launched anti-aircraft missile and subsequently shot down.

On the other hand, the Myanmar military government claims that the fighter jet was not on a bombing mission but was conducting a training exercise when it crashed due to mechanical failure. Now, it's unclear who is right and who is wrong. If it was indeed a Yak-130 fighter jet, then the Myanmar military government's explanation would be correct, as it crashed during training, and the Yak-130 is a trainer jet without ground attack capabilities.

However, there are a bunch of bloggers who insist it must be a Chinese fighter jet and deliberately belittle the level of Chinese fighter jets. They argue that because Chinese fighter jets such as the J-10C and FC-1 Xiaolong performed exceptionally well in the India-Pakistan air combat, the crash of the Myanmar fighter jet must involve Chinese fighter jets. This behavior is truly despicable and their intentions are sinister!

In order to create big news where there is none, they fabricate stories about the crash of Chinese fighter jets. Their mindset is clearly malicious and their intentions devious. According to this logic, all those spreading rumors should be arrested. The Myanmar side has clearly stated that it was a Yak-130 aircraft that crashed, yet these people continue to link it to Chinese fighter jets, deliberately misleading the public and smearing Chinese fighter jets. Their intentions are truly sinister!
