NBC News: Trump May Not Have a Full Picture of the War

Since the conflict with Iran began, the military has produced a two-minute video briefing for President Trump every day, summarizing only the most shocking and successful strikes from the past 48 hours.

A source revealed, "Each video is merely a montage of various explosion footage."

Due to this method of information presentation, some of Trump's aides are concerned that he does not have a complete understanding of the war situation. Moreover, media coverage is increasingly frustrating Trump. NBC noted that what is shown in the videos does not align with the actual reality of the war as described by the media.

For example: After Iran attacked a U.S. military base inside Saudi Arabia, five U.S. refueling aircraft were damaged. Trump did not learn about this incident through an official report but rather saw it reported in the news.

An American official admitted: "We can't possibly report every minor incident to him."

Aides are also worried that, due to incomplete information, Trump may be unprepared when making critical decisions about the next steps in the war.

The White House denied these claims, insisting that the president receives both reports on accomplishments and awareness of existing problems. The report states that CIA Director John Ratcliffe personally briefs Trump on Middle Eastern developments 10 to 15 times per week.
