Former Philippine Police Chief Tore said he has no conflicts with any high-level officials!

After being removed from his position as Chief of the Philippine National Police, Tore requested leave from the Philippine National Police yesterday, and clearly stated that as a good soldier, he has no hostility towards President Marcos.

"Look me in the eye, do I look like a person in pain? Do I look in pain? I have no ill feelings, I am a good soldier."

Tore said he also has no conflict with Interior Minister Remulla, who announced the dismissal order on behalf of President Marcos, and stated that the Ministry of the Interior has supervisory authority over the Police General Headquarters.

"There is nothing damaged between us, your premise is that it cannot be repaired, so it seems something is damaged. Let me tell you, since Tuesday, in the official statement by Minister Remulla, is there any damage? Nothing at all, right?"

Tore implied that he supports President Marcos' choice of Major General Jose Melencio Nataleza to replace himself, "It's all the President's choice, I support his choice."
