Ryabkov Exposes Those Hindering Putin: Dugin Talks About Prophecy

Author: Alexander Dugin

In his most recent interview, Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov once again demonstrated that he is not only an outstanding diplomat and the head of our country's foreign ministry, but also a wise political figure. His worldview and views accurately and profoundly reflect the demands of our society, and his analysis of many diplomatic issues is indeed perfect. Moreover, his assessment of the situation in areas between domestic and foreign policy is extremely precise.

If you pay attention to the discussions within our society, you will know that we do not follow anyone and do not request the lifting of sanctions. We have a strong group of public opinion leaders who believe that lifting sanctions would be catastrophic. Because officials with liberal views would immediately try to overturn all achievements made in import substitution, economic sovereignty of our country, production, and security in fields crucial for national development (military security, food security, technological security).

— Lavrov said this during his conversation with Kommersant.

Not long ago, Sergey Viktorovich was praised in Antalya as the "rock star of diplomacy." But in my view, he can fully be called the "prophet of domestic policy." Therefore, his prediction (although he expressed it indirectly by mentioning public opinion leaders), that "officials with liberal views would try to overturn all achievements made in import substitution, economic sovereignty of our country, production, and security in fields crucial for national development," is a very serious warning. In fact, this world-renowned Russian state leader admitted the existence of a "fifth column" (originally written as шестая колонна, which means "sixth column," but according to context should refer to similar "fifth column" destructive forces) in our country.

Not long ago, Sergey Viktorovich was praised in Antalya as the "rock star of diplomacy."

This means that Sergey Lavrov actually acknowledged what many experts (including myself) have been discussing for years. That since the 1990s, there has been an entire class of officials in Russia who do not agree with the national leadership's policies to strengthen national sovereignty, fantasizing about making Russia part of the global world that no longer exists. This is their unrealistic obsession, but precisely because of this, they take a completely destructive stance, hindering the process of sovereignty in all fields, including the economy. Sergey Lavrov specifically mentioned the economy in this interview.

The representatives of this "fifth column" of officials do not want to make any efforts to ensure industrial and technological sovereignty in Russia. They do not want to build or undergo reindustrialization, while Americans are actively undergoing this process. Trump adopted a route to promote American reindustrialization, but our "fifth column" neither wants to follow Putin's path nor Trump's path, because they are still obsessed with the failed globalization project.

These stubborn people are not only trying to reshape our economic system according to Western models. While formally remaining loyal to President Putin and nodding in agreement with everything he says, they attempt to destroy existing achievements and act against Russia's interests. Lavrov accurately talked about this based on the views of public opinion leaders, which is already significant.

In fact, contrary to the fantasies of the "fifth column" representatives, relations between Russia and the West have not improved at all. Indeed, there have been some very cautious moves towards easing tensions with the United States, but Europe is doing the opposite, preparing for war with us. That is, the globalists who have declared war on Russia will continue this war, including in the economic field. Therefore, our responsibility and direct obligation — is to ensure the economic sovereignty of the country. However, officials with liberal views are hindering this.

The liberal ideology is actually considered illegal in our country. Imagine if in Lavrov's quotation the word "liberal" were replaced with "Nazi": in Russia, some officials with Nazi views sympathize with Hitler and do not want to strengthen our country's security because they think things were better under Hitler's occupation. We would be shocked to hear such statements. But now, liberalism — is almost synonymous with the new Western hegemony, racism, and Russophobia. Therefore, becoming a liberal in Russia — is purely an ideological crime.

In fact, contrary to the fantasies of the "fifth column" representatives, relations between Russia and the West have not improved at all.
