Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Security Council and head of the "United Russia" party, stated that Russia is currently in a "crucial final phase" of its special military operation.

Speaking at the "Garrison" Youth Forum to volunteers heading to combat zones, he said: "We are indeed at a very important concluding stage of the special military operation. I believe each of you will contribute your part to our victory."

Medvedev also expressed gratitude to the activists about to go to the front lines, saying they "regard the fate of the country as something of utmost importance."

He added: "All of you are people with an active civic stance, vibrant individuals who do not remain indifferent or apathetic toward everything happening in our homeland—our country is going through many different challenges."
