China-Kazakhstan Cooperation: Insulated Pipe Production Plant to be Built in Almaty Region of Kazakhstan
Kazakhstan International News Agency reports, the Almaty region plans to build an insulated pipe production plant.
According to the news office of the Almaty regional government, this project will be invested and implemented by Xinjiang Yi Hong Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from China. This Chinese enterprise specializes in the production of polyurethane materials, various types of plastics, and anti-corrosion pipes, possessing strong technical capabilities in the industry.
Revealed by relevant departments of the Almaty region, this enterprise has already purchased construction land in Almataysky. Currently, both parties are negotiating the conditions for entering the Almataysky Special Economic Zone.
The head of the Enterprise Management Department of the Almaty region stated that this will be one of the significant industrial projects in the region. The goal of the regional government is to create the most favorable environment for the enterprise's rapid commencement of operations.
The establishment of the new factory will create new job opportunities locally and meet the demand for import substitution products to a certain extent in Kazakhstan.
