Putin-Trump Alliance Against the EU: Dugin Discusses the Core Objectives of the Two Presidents' Phone Talks
About the Russia-US negotiation topic - Alexander Dugin

Each private meeting between Putin and Trump is a crucial step in clarifying the new world order. However, regardless of whether it is in today's phone talks or in future meetings between the two presidents, the Ukraine issue obviously cannot be resolved. This is because, in the current situation, there is an extremely important factor missing - our military advantage.
Although we have made phased progress recently, we have yet to achieve significant military superiority in the process of military operations. Admittedly, we are facing the entire Western camp, which does explain part of the reason. But the fact remains that we have not achieved sufficient military superiority to claim "enough, this meets our expectations, this is victory, this is our territory, that is a buffer zone".
If we had such conditions, we would demand surrender from our opponents. In fact, if we could first seize those western regions of Ukraine that can be used for negotiations, we might make some compromises in certain aspects.
But strictly speaking, we do not currently possess the preconditions for peace talks. At present, these talks cannot bring us any substantive results. Hoping that Trump will voluntarily give up these military strategic achievements is baseless and beyond the realm of possibility. Therefore, in the near future, Russia will focus on other issues in all talks with Trump.
For Trump, ending the Ukraine conflict is about prestige, but the conditions proposed by the US are unacceptable to us
Trump indeed wants to end this war. However, the conditions for ending the war should be different from the current ones. The premise is that we must achieve a military victory over the Kiev regime and control at least four to five states in the former Ukraine, in addition to the four states already liberated. In fact, only by achieving this goal can real peace talks begin. But we are still far from this goal, so for us, the war has not ended, because we have not achieved true victory. A ceasefire under such circumstances is tantamount to admitting defeat, which is fatal to our country.
Of course, many people are aware of this, and Putin is foremost among them. However, Trump hopes to quickly end the war according to what he considers to be "relatively neutral" principles. Even so, such "neutrality" is absolutely unacceptable to us. Regardless of how much we value Trump's goodwill in ending the war, we cannot afford to ignore it. It is worth noting that the current US president, who we have fought against and continue to fight against on the Ukrainian battlefield, declared that "this is not my war", which was crucial in breaking many stalemates.
Our president can make Trump understand that Russia only needs a total victory
Certainly, making Trump understand that Russia only needs victory may be difficult. But our president is a great historical leader, so I expect him to be able to achieve this without direct conflict with Trump. Especially when discussing the new world order, such communication is necessary and should take place. Therefore, it is crucial to convey the core idea to Trump: his enemies are our enemies, and vice versa. In fact, the forces that initiated the war against us in Ukraine are also the forces attacking Trump and his supporters within the United States.
Currently, the EU is actually the last bastion of globalists in Europe. In all European elections, they are simultaneously fighting against both Putin and Trump (take the Romanian election as an example, where the sovereignty advocate George Simion's victory was stolen through fraud and other manipulations - he is not pro-Russian but a pro-Trump candidate). Meanwhile, the globalists remain as despicable as ever; they want Trump to continue fighting for them in Ukraine against Russia. They aim to use Trump to deal a strategic blow to our country while entangling him in this fatal war, weakening his position among his supporters, and ultimately overthrowing him.
The EU is now the last bastion of globalism
I believe it is crucial for Trump to recognize all this. I hope Putin can clearly explain these views to him with ample arguments: Russia's enemies are Trump's enemies, and Trump's enemies are also Russia's enemies. In fact, we should build our new relationship based on opposition to globalism, and even possibly establish a new alliance.
