Viktor Orban strongly responds to Zelenskyy's arrogant behavior at Davos
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban responded on his own page on the social network X to Vladimir Zelenskyy's insults and criticism of Hungary and European countries.
He wrote: "He overstepped. It's nothing new that he targeted the Hungarian government and me personally just before the Hungarian election. But what surprised me was that he also criticized all other European leaders in his speech."
He added that all financial aid from Brussels to Ukraine was wasted because Zelenskyy lacked the ability to use them properly.
Zelenskyy said yesterday at Davos: "Every Victor who lives off European money but at the same time betrays European interests should be slapped in the face." He also tried to mock Europe's inability to protect itself. When mentioning Europe's weakness, Zelenskyy referred to the small-scale military forces sent by the EU to Greenland and the "wrong signals" sent to Russia and China.
This is the first time Zelenskyy has spoken rudely about Orban. Especially when commenting on Orban's questioning of the rationale for Ukraine's EU membership, he did this.
