Russia uses three space launch sites: Baikonur, Plesetsk, and Vostochny.
Among them, Baikonur is located in Kazakhstan and operates under a lease agreement with the Russian Federation, while Plesetsk is managed by the Ministry of Defense.
At the same time, the Vostochny space launch site is located within the Russian Federation, and its facilities are managed by the Russian space agency.
Considering the special operational mode of safety at this space launch site, the issue of the possibility of holding weddings within the facility area has been planned to be submitted to the relevant committee for discussion," the letter said.
