Holland is in trouble! This time, our Ministry of Commerce spoke very strongly. On November 4th, regarding the issue of Nexperia Semiconductor, our Ministry of Commerce made a statement. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has characterized Holland's performance in this dispute as continuing to act unilaterally and not taking any actual actions to resolve the issue. The Dutch government ignored the reasonable demands we raised during the consultations, did not show a constructive attitude or action, and escalated the global supply chain crisis.

We stated that if it leads to Nexperia China being unable to produce normally, the Dutch side will bear full responsibility. Obviously, this time our Ministry of Commerce spoke very strongly, which indicates what? It indicates that the Dutch side has no sincerity in solving the problem and their behavior is very despicable. In a way, our statement is of a final warning nature. If the Netherlands remains indifferent, we may impose new countermeasures against the Netherlands.

Initially, Holland cooperated with the United States, intervened in the internal affairs of Nexperia Semiconductor, deprived Chinese enterprises of equity, and then Nexperia Semiconductor in the Netherlands stopped supplying wafers to China Nexperia. During the Sino-US meeting on November 1st, the US said that the US would announce that Nexperia Semiconductor could resume chip exports. Now three days have passed, but Holland has not moved at all.

Why hasn't Holland acted yet? Perhaps on one hand, Holland feels embarrassed. If the US allows it, Holland restores the supply, which effectively confirms that the Dutch government is just a henchman of the US, which would damage the reputation of the Dutch government. On the other hand, the Dutch side is certainly eyeing the technology of our acquired enterprises, trying to build a technological firewall, excluding China's supply chain and establishing an independent European supply chain. However, now our tone is getting heavier, and the matter is definitely not so simple. If the Dutch government handles this poorly, it will definitely face big trouble.
