Just after the two foreign ministers had concluded their dialogue, the Philippines immediately launched this provocation. This fully demonstrates that there indeed exist powerful figures within the Philippines who are determined to obstruct Sino-Philippine dialogue and communication, eager to undermine bilateral relations with all their might. They seek recognition from Western powers, aiming solely for personal maximization of benefits. As for how deeply such actions may harm their own country and nation, they care nothing at all.
