After 39 days of ongoing hostilities between the U.S., Israel, and Iran, the United States and Iran announced on April 8 a two-week ceasefire.
The Office of the Russian Federal Security Council told journalists: "Iran still possesses a large amount of weapons."
The Russian Federal Security Council further stated that, in the context of U.S. and Israeli intervention, various social and political groups within Iran have united around the central government, while the most radical opposition forces have retreated into deep underground activities.

The German Ministry of Defense said Germany will provide funding to enable Ukraine to purchase hundreds of Raytheon-made "Patriot" air defense missiles from the United States.
The German Ministry of Defense pointed out that on April 14, Ukraine and Germany signed a series of agreements during intergovernmental consultations aimed at strengthening air defense, advancing drone systems, and expanding military-technical cooperation.
Germany and Ukraine also reached an agreement on the production of medium- and long-range drones, including the establishment of a joint venture to supply thousands of drones to Kyiv. Additionally, Germany will support Ukraine in acquiring medium- and long-range weapon systems designed to strike deep enemy targets.
Furthermore, Germany and Ukraine signed a battlefield data-sharing agreement.
