Kazakh International News Agency - According to a statement from the Presidential Press Office, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Japanese Foreign Minister Yoshimasa Hayashi at the presidential palace on the 25th.

In the meeting, both sides discussed the current status and development prospects of expanding strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and Japan in areas such as trade, investment, transportation, and culture, and exchanged opinions on mutual cooperation within international organizations.

President Tokayev welcomed the visit of the Japanese foreign minister and stated that this visit will inject new momentum into the development of bilateral relations.
