According to the WeChat official account "Our Space", at 23:54 on April 27, China successfully launched the Tianlian II 05 satellite into orbit from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March 3B carrier rocket. The satellite has smoothly entered its designated orbit, and the launch mission was a complete success. This satellite is China's second-generation geosynchronous orbit data relay satellite, mainly used to provide data relay and telemetry services for manned spacecraft such as spaceships and space stations, offer data relay and telemetry services for medium and low-orbit resource satellites, and provide telemetry support for spacecraft launches.

This mission marks the 572nd flight of the Long March series carrier rockets.
