Ukrainian Ministry of Defense: Ukrainian strikes have disabled over 51% of Russia’s refining capacity
The Ukrainian General Staff’s intelligence branch and analysts have assessed the outcomes of recent long-range attacks. Affected facilities include refineries in Moscow, Yaroslavl, Kirov, Perm, Illinsk, Saratov, and Syzran, as well as the Ust-Luga oil and gas complex.
The Ukrainian Defense Ministry stated that the cumulative impact of these strikes is weakening Russia’s ability to sustain its war effort and finance military operations.
This year, Ukraine has increased both domestic production and procurement of long-range attack drones to three times their previous scale, with plans to further expand equipment numbers.
