White House: U.S. media reports on the so-called "15-point plan" presented by the United States to Iran contain numerous false information. Zelenskyy: U.S. proposes Ukrainian forces withdraw from Donbas in exchange for security guarantees

White House spokesperson Karoline Levitt stated that media reports regarding the alleged "15-point plan" presented by the United States to Iran contain a large amount of false information.

Levitt pointed out: "The so-called '15-point plan' being circulated by many media outlets contains a significant amount of false information."

She emphasized that while some parts of the reports are accurate, she refused to disclose specific details.

Washington previously said that productive talks had taken place between the United States and Iran. The Iranian Foreign Ministry denied direct dialogue but stated that Tehran had received messages through intermediaries indicating Washington’s desire to begin discussions aimed at ending the conflict. Media reports claimed that the United States put forward a "15-point plan" on this issue, and the International Atomic Energy Agency also indicated that negotiations between the U.S. and Iran might take place in Islamabad over the weekend. This news has not yet been confirmed by Tehran.

Meanwhile, the United States is deploying additional military forces to the region, including thousands of marines, though the exact nature of their mission remains undisclosed.

Sputnik News, Moscow, March 26 — Vladimir Zelenskyy said that the United States is conditioning Ukraine’s security guarantees on the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from Donbas.

Zelenskyy told Reuters: "Once Ukraine is ready to pull its forces out of Donbas, the Americans are prepared to finalize these (security) guarantees at the highest level."

Regarding whether Ukraine is prepared or unwilling to withdraw its troops from Donbas, Zelenskyy did not give a direct answer, only stating that such a move could jeopardize Ukraine’s and the EU’s security. According to Western journalists, the White House did not respond to requests for comment on Zelenskyy’s remarks.
